Our Dealers' Room has eight 8' tables, however we still have a good range of merchandise including jewelry, weapons, games, videos, memorabilia and more. Since we have a limited number of tables, get your reservation in early. One table, which includes one membership, is $80, with an additional table costing $50 (does not include a membership). Power can be furnished to dealers that require it. Dealers' Room hours are Friday - 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday - 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, opening one hour earlier for dealer access. Our Dealers' Room is easily accessible from the parking area for easy unloading and loading for our dealer's convenience. All dealers' tables must be paid in full to confirm reservation.

Advertising in our program book is $60 for a
full page ad which needs to be submitted no later than march 1st. 2013.
All ads must be in Black/White/Greyscale in jpeg format. Actual ad size
is 4.5" wide by 7.5" high.
